I. General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Basic Provisions

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded between you (the customer) and us (the provider – Fabian Heimann) via our website www.myrassecret.shop, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract

(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods, fulfilled via dropshipping from partner warehouses.

(2) By listing a product in our online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract under the conditions stated in the product description.

(3) The contract is concluded through the online shopping cart system as follows:

  • The goods selected for purchase are placed in the shopping cart.

  • You can access and modify your cart at any time.

  • On the checkout page, you provide your billing/shipping details and select payment and shipping methods.

  • Before completing your order, a summary will be displayed, and you can make changes or cancel.

  • By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a legally binding order.

(4) Order processing and communication is handled via email, some of it automated. Please ensure your email address is correct and that emails are not blocked by spam filters.

§ 3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (where available)
    Additional payment methods may be offered during checkout.

Note: Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Klarna may perform a credit check. Your personal data is handled according to applicable data protection laws.

§ 4 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 5 Warranty

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) Please inspect the goods upon delivery. In the event of damage or incorrect delivery, notify us and the carrier immediately. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

§ 6 Choice of Law

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) For consumers residing outside of Germany, this applies only to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence are not superseded.
